Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. The apartment has a seperate entrance and offers garaging for a small to medium size car. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the popular Blouberg beach and to a local restaurant. Close to Eden on the Bay which boasts another beach which is a favourite with the many kite surfers, shops restaurants and pubs. We are also on the my citi bus route.

The Loft @ Foam House

The Loft is on the same premises as Foam House with a separate entrance from the parking area. The famous Blouberg beach and promenade is situated at the top of our road. This beautiful space encompasses a light and bright double volume studio with the main bedroom in the loft enjoying views of the park opposite, set above the open plan living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom. Off street secure parking is available. Meals are available on request from the main house.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
