We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Our historic neighborhood is located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops, & 12 minutes from Graceland and the airport. Higbee House, home away from home and then some.

Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Harbert House is situated within walking distance to shops and food in Cooper Young + Overton Square, 2 miles from the Memphis Zoo and Overton park, & 3 miles from downtown. Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
