White Birch Lakeside Retreat - Woodside Room

Beautiful lakeside B&B next to bike path with lake access. The Woodside Room has a queen size bed and desk. It shares a full bathroom with one other guestroom. Lake access includes a private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request. Bike, swim, kayak, canoe or cross-country ski out the front door. Enjoy this idyllic setting and all it has to offer! Tranquil, private setting on beautiful Lake Memphremagog.

Craddled in Mount Sutton, our 8 room and 1 appartment Guesthouse is the ideal spot for those who love to relax, love a great view and the sunsets that come with it! Throughout the years, the Schweizer family's dedication, established the Inn as a landmark of Sutton but also won the heart of its guests. Maple Leaf West Wing

Park your trailer and snowmobile right from the driveway to the trail 1 bedroom two sleeping spaces divided by an archway. One Queen size bed and two twin beds. Oversized walk in shower in the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner upon request for a fee.
