The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

No-Clean-Fee Basement Riverside Apt

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Welcome to The Idaho Falls Tiny House! At only 400 square feet, the inside is small but the outside is huge. This house sits on its own lot for your privacy. This newly constructed tiny house is perfect for up to 5 guests. Not available? Want more privacy? Check out The Shelley Tiny House just a few miles south of Idaho Falls. It is the same floorplan on 1 acre of land with a view of the valley. We generally don't rent to locals from Idaho Falls. If you are a local feel free to message us.

Temple View Haven

Enjoy your peaceful getaway at our Temple View Haven. This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together. You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs. The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head. There is no kitchen.

In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

Private farmhouse with lots of room for family and parking, but just five minutes from Rexburg to the south or the Sand Dunes to the north. Good central location to start and end all your adventures. Four bedroom house with large family room upstairs and down. Pool table, ping pong table, large deck, firepit and large back yard to enjoy your family in the country. Upstairs washer and dryer for longer stays. Full kitchen with large farmhouse table for large gatherings.

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the neighborhood lake. We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
