Come enjoy this peaceful 1 bed/ 1 doggie room/1 bath 1st floor apartment. House is pet friendly with limits to 1 well behaved pet included(no puppies/ large breeds) Enjoy evenings on a private deck overlooking fields or sit inside in our all season room overlooking pond watching beautiful sunsets. Apartment also has firering for the cooler evenings and pavilion for relaxing. Our place is located 3 miles from GC outlet, 15 mins to New Wilmington, Slippery Rock or GC.

A detached guest suite from the main house. The breezeway is the only area of the house you will share with the host. The bedsitter is across the street and within walking distance of Grove City College. Please note that the bed is double size. I named the bedsitter Gortree as I grew up on Gortree Road, Londonderry, Northern Ireland.
