Großzügiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für bis zu 4 Personen auf zwei Etagen mit ca 100 qm Wohnfläche. 2 Balkone + Terrasse mit zusätzlich 30qm laden zum Sonnen, Chillen & Geniessen ein. Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Luganer See und die Berge. Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Den Charme des Hauses machen besonders die Terrassen in Ost- und Süd-Westrichtung, die Panorama-Fenster und der Garten mit Weinlaube aus. Vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein Fernsehzimmer sorgen für Komfort. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für Familien (mit Kindern). Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Late Checkout ist ggfs gegen Gebühr vor Ort möglich.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Monica e Luciano vi propongono la loro piccola casa indipendente, situata nella quiete del centro storico di Magognino, una frazione di Stresa, con un’ampia vista panoramica sul Lago Maggiore e sulle Prealpi Lepontine. La casa - 66 metri quadrati - ristrutturata con grande cura, è composta da: locale pranzo/cucina con veranda esterna affacciata sul giardino ; salotto, bagno di servizio e terrazzo con vista Lago ; camera da letto, con bagno annesso e abbaino con vista lago.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

The House is located in old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO ,the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. This building has been renovated 4 years ago, with high-end furniture. The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como. A public beach is also at walking distance, GARAGE is included in the price. Lovely house on 3 floors with stunning lake view.

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.
