This brand new studio has a real retreat feeling as soon as you walk in. Styled with very calm & moody colours of nature & looking completely onto bushland. Your own private balcony will have you viewing Kangaroos & wallabies, yet only a short 200 metres to the lake edge & boardwalk. La Capanna spacious open plan room equipped with all you need for a boutique stay. Whilst attached to our main house, you have your own concreted driveway & private access up the side of the house .

The cottage is recentlyrenovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.

Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

Belle Vue Apartment - Merimbula home with a view

Belle Vue apartment, located 1,2km from the town center, has spectacular views overlooking Lake and Bay area, 65 meters above sea level. The boardwalk is just 7 minutes away. You will be greeted with wine and a snack. A light breakfast provided of muesli, milk, toast, butter, jam and honey. This apartment is located beneath the owner’s home. There are 2 long flights of stairs down to the apartment, guests need to be fit.
