I'd love to host you in my mudbrick cottage on Myrtle Mountain, a ten minute drive to the quaint country town of Candelo on the NSW Far South Coast. The cottage sleeps four and sets the perfect tone for an escape from the world. Designed to offer a unique experience, all with the comforts of modern day living at the ready. Here you'll find views out to the mountains, established gardens, a kitchen ready for cooking, a comfortable bathroom and a living room made for lounging, the cottage awaits!

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway, minutes from the historic village of Candelo and 15 minutes to Bega. A comfortable fully self contained 1 bedroom cottage on acreage with expansive views across rolling farmland. With an enclosed yard, it's Pet friendly for well behaved pets. Note: Pets should NOT be left unattended inside. The Cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with large Fridge, Electric Oven, Microwave and Coffee Machine. HDTV & Wifi included. Outside, there's an undercover Gas BBQ.

Tiny Lemon Farm, moments from town

Its Lemon Season! Nestled between secluded beaches (5min walk) and a private valley, Tiny Lemon Farm is an escape where cockatoos flock, kangaroos hop and the sound of waves fill the night air. Trade our lemons for scoops at the gelati clinic. Walk to Jaggers (private beach) and hear whale song. Do cocktails by the fire (inside or out). Or just kick back to the sound of birds and waves. Only 5mins from town, our modern, barn style house is a sanctuary of peace and calm for up to 6 guests.

As a home she is resourceful and imaginative, with a generous pantry, well-equipped kitchen, nooks for reading and a harvestable potager garden. At heart, Lotte’s is a celebration of simple, domestic pleasures; flowers freshly picked from the garden; a library of books; cut wood burning slowly; morning coffee taken on the verandah & more.

Calle Calle Bay Cottage, self contained & central

The cottage is recentlyrenovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

Bega Valley couples retreat

Named for the nearby rugged and pristine Wadbilliga wilderness, Mountain Cottage is a retreat like few others. Build from mud-brick, it stays cool in the summer and absorbs the winter sun. Mountain Cottage sits at the high point of Rock Lily's 100-acre bush block, looking NW into Wadbilliga National Park. It's ideally suited for a couple wanting time away from the rush of real-life and to retreat into the bush at a sustainably-managed property. It has a dog-friendly fenced yard.

Upon waking, roll over in bed & see the sun glistening over the ocean. Take a short stroll to Chamberlain lookout & check out the whales. Head back to your retro courtyard to enjoy a Campos coffee, ready to face the day. Reward yourselves at the Tathra hotel, savour a chilled IPA and tag insta @banksia_on_bay Whether you're searching for a secluded beach (shhh), mountain biking, bush walking, soaking in the sun or surfing - 'Banksia on Bay' is the place to do it.

Whale Tail Beach House

Welcome to Whale Tail Beach House: a pet-friendly haven with recently renovated interiors and stunning ocean views. Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

Historic & quaint cottage in Bega

Delightful 3 bedroom 1890 cottage in Bega. Tastefully renovated with all modern facilities, excellent kitchen, large fenced garden and walking distance to cafes, shops and town centre. Comfortably sleeps 5, but can sleep 6. Wood burning stove for the cooler months. Pet friendly. There are steps from the driveway and at front path so reasonable is mobility required. Please note there is no wifi but phone reception is generally good.

Light & peaceful studio oasis, near town & beach

Light filled space in my fully self contained studio. Private entrance and seperate to the main house this little oasis is a freshly renovated space. You'll have your own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and parking space. The balcony is such a sun trap so perfect for morning coffee session or evening wine and cheese time. I have two pets on the property but will be in main house (a golden retriever & a ginger cat).
