The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

We welcome guests who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We are located in a quaint New Hampshire town which boasts the only river water park in New England. Highland Park, a nationally known mountain bike park, is just five minutes away. New Hampshire's lakes regions and beautiful White Mountains are close by. Step back in time embracing the Victorian era, once prevalent in this historic town. Ideal for guests who enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing and biking.

Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

Situated directly on the Merrimack River! This adorable house is our latest addition to our other very successful listings. Bright and cheery and fully furnished with everything you’ll need to feel at home. You can spend your summer days swimming, lounging or kayaking this beautiful waterway. We provide 2 kayaks, and accessories, for no additional cost. Or in the winter you can snuggle up in the cozy interior, watch movies or just admire the beautiful snow covered trees across the river.

Welcome to the beautiful Lakes Region of Laconia where you are surrounded by family friendly activities such as boating, jet skiing ,hiking, a skate park, a playground within walking distance, many more! We have the amazing Gunstock mountain for all kinds of summer activities as well as skiing and tubing and biggest arcade around along with delicious seafood and other restaurants. We have put our creativity in renovating the house to make it as cozy and homey as if you were at your own.

Post and Beam Guest Studio on NH scenic byway

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress.

Country Setting in Concord!

Enjoy country life and yet be close to downtown. My home is located on property once part of the Carter Hill Orchard yet near both highways 89 and 93. Guests are treated to a comfortable private bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is equipped with a new Mitzubishi mini-split unit for heat and airconditioning powered by solar energy.
