"BaseCamp" - Rustic cottage in Collbran

Located in the small town of Collbran, Colorado, BaseCamp is centrally located to the Grand Mesa (12-22 miles), Powderhorn Ski Resort (20 miles), and Vega State Park (10 miles). With outdoor enthusiasts in mind, Basecamp is small and simple but rustic and cozy. Just off Highway 330 and about a mile outside of Collbran, BaseCamp is a convenient starting point for all of your outdoor activities. The 800 sq. ft. building sits beside Plateau Creek, where you can fish, wade, or watch the wildlife.

The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. Sycamore Cottage a cozy carriage house

This delightful 523 sq.ft. 1937 cottage is located in the heart of Grand Junction close to downtown, St.Mary's hospital, popular restaurants and ample shopping opportunities. We are only minutes away from Colorado National Monument. It is convenient to Amtrak, Two Rivers Convention Center and Grand Junction Regional Airport. On a historic street is the carriage house that I have called Sycamore Cottage. A huge old noble Sycamore tree is a focal point in your backyard among other lovely views.

Hit The Hay Farm Bunkhouse

This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

We are conveniently located just off Hwy I-70, 3 miles to GJ Regional Airport and Colorado Mesa University; 2.5 miles to VA Medical Center; 7 miles to Mt. Garfield; 18 miles CO National Monument; 36 miles to Powderhorn Mt. Resort @ Grand Mesa. We are also 2 hours from Arches National Park in Utah.

Private back yard with fruit trees and lots of seating outdoors. Long term renters welcome.

Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Please disclose if you plan on bringing an animal

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. After a long day in the outdoors enjoy a nice warm bath with bath salts (provided) then slip into the plush robe to have a nice cup of tea. Cook a nice meal with the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, spices, bottled water, and laundry soap all provided. Close to hiking, downtown, biking, CMU, and the hospital.
