Patio Pool Home - Views of CO National Monument

Peaceful private space with beautiful sunsets, views of the CO National Monument and the occasional visit from deer, rabbits, and wild turkeys. Conveniently located between Fruita and Grand Junction just above the CO River. Our high desert weather makes a visit perfect in any season. A few activities to consider include skiing, mountain biking, viewing fall colors, several golf courses, many hiking trails, CO National Monument and river, JUCO, art galleries, and tours of our local vineyards.

Enjoy a stunning Rocky Mountain View of Needle Rock and the Pitkin Range. The space has many amenities for 1 to 12 people. Families, hunters, couples, all are welcome to enjoy the indoor/outdoor private areas with their rustic southwest decor in the lower level walkout. 1.5 miles from the "last genuine cowtown" Crawford, CO, (you might see a cattle drive going through town), 1 mile from the Crawford Lake, 11 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Bookcliff Ranch Casita

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Self check-in to the space makes it especially convenient for travelers no matter when you arrive. Views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking.Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space is on your own floor, completely separated from our upstairs space and with a private entrance. Enjoy a self-serve continental breakfast with freshly ground coffee and an assortment of teas. The location is quiet and private, yet so close to town.

Deer View Cottage

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.
