Nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood, you’re just 3 miles from downtown Grand Junction and only 10 minutes from Palisade and Fruita. There is comfortable sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, and Bedroom 4 each offer a queen bed, the living room includes a futon for additional guests, and a crib is available for families traveling with little ones. Outdoor space includes a deck and a fenced-in yard, plus two bicycles for guest use and a patio with furniture for relaxing evenings. Inside, you’ll find two TVs, a laptop-friendly workspace, two dining areas, board games, books, ceiling fans, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, cooking basics, a drip and pod coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishware, flatware, knife set, extra counter space. General amenities include free WiFi, central heating, an evaporative cooler for warmer months, a washer-dryer, complimentary toiletries, linens and towels, trash bags and paper towels, hangers, a hair dryer, laundry detergent, an iron and board, and keyless entry. Baby gates, crib and high chair are provided for families with young children. It is the guest's responsibility to secure the stairs as needed. Please note this home has an Evaporative Cooler & Fans for warmer months. The property is one portion of the duplex, with stairs at the entry; two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the top floor. There are two bedroom and one.bath on the lower level. Parking includes a two-vehicle driveway and one-vehicle garage space, with no overnight street parking allowed. Whether you’re planning hikes in Colorado National Monument, a day of fishing nearby, or simply exploring the vibrant local scene, this townhome offers a comfortable, convenient home base for your Colorado getaway.
