The accommodation which will host is located in the historic area of Marghera, one of the few examples of a city-garden in Italy. Designed in the '20s , this part of town has retained a harmonious relationship between buildings and green spaces. Via Castelli is a road marked by centuries-old ash limited to the edges of flower beds well-tended green . It is a very quiet area where you can stay without the worry of any particular type of noise. The B&B is located a few kilometers from the highway and is easily accessible with little guidance . You can park your car In front of the gate of the B&B without any worries . You can forget it for the whole period of your stay , because you will reach the historic center of Venice using the convenient public transportation available, which will transport you in a few minutes to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The room , is very welcoming and you will have a spacious private bathroom in front of the room, only shower is shared with us, family . An Italian breakfast is prepared in the room , just to allow the greatest degree of freedom and privacy . If you decide to eat around the B&B we can recommend the Pizzeria "Al Giardinetto ", where you can enjoy a good pizza and great pasta dishes. If you want to be late " Al Vapore " historic jazzclub the mainland, you can listen to good music . You also can enjoy to eat at the osteria " diplomatico" venetian fish specialities. Venice in its extreme beauty, is not the only attraction that will entertain you during your stay . Worth a visit other places, other attractions that can be reached easily from the place of your stay. Not everyone knows that Venice is a beach very important, both for its natural charm and a little ' retro , is known for its film festival , which draws in the period of early September , many stars of international cinema . There is then , in the mainland, the Riviera del Brenta , a true representation exists, the fertile period Palladian . Along the road that connects Venice to Padua , you can see some sublime examples of Palladio's art. The Riviera can be travelled by car or by boat. for bike lovers throughout the area there is a bike path . About twenty minutes from Marghera there are two beautiful cities . To the north Treviso , crossed by the river Sile within an excellent example of architecture conservation of '600-700 and west the city of the Santo , Padua.

A great dormer window and its light, trusses, beams, wrought iron, an ox-eye window (oeil-de-boeuf), exposed brick, Venetian marble … a central room which is overlooked by the bedrooms. Al Pozzo di Luce is an intimate and elegant B&B located a few steps from Fondamente Nove, in one of the most characteristic and authentic districts of Venice. Accurate restoration works, recently concluded, have made this house a modern and welcoming, functional and simple place, with all the comforts that a traveler needs. Recovered with passion and enthusiasm, while respecting its original structure, Al Pozzo di Luce combines elements of Venetian tradition and modernity, hosts recovered objects which found new life, and other specially created by Venetian artists. In a quiet and strategic position, just a short walk from what was the studio of Titian, allows you to quickly reach the train station or the airport. With a walk of 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge and the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello …). The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. The owners are happy to welcome you and give you all the advice you need to make precious your stay in Venice. Upon arrival you will be given a map of the area surrounding the B&B where the main points of interest are reported: places to visit, shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants where you can savor the delicious Venetian cuisine.

Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare Venezia. La fermata del bus è a 50 metri. Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Questa mia bella esperienza con i viaggiatori di tutto il mondo ha avuto inizio nell'anno 2013 e da allora, con piacere, offro una ospitalità discreta ed amichevole

Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.

Ca' Malcanton is a Venetian palazzetto, located on canal. Cosy, delightfully furnished with artworks and antiques, tastefully finished with modern facilities. It is inhabited by its owner who's hospitality and sense of beauty make this place so special. A private double room in mansarda with private (not ensuite) bathroom waits for you. Breakfast is served in dining room. Guests are welcome to use salon and garden located on curve of canal.

The room is located on the first floor of the country house. With a beautiful view of the countryside, it's equipped with a comfortable double bed and bathroom with shower and bidet, large wardrobe, heating, air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi.

Every corner of my house transpires the city, The Venetian atmosphere cloaks you, the sliding of the gondola and the caroling of the gondoliers, the seagulls’ shrill calling and the toll of the bells of the beautiful churches in the vicinity.
