la casa si trova a 150 mt dal centro vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e a negozi e ristoranti ha tre stanze da letto un salone con cucina e due bagni e un giardino con lettini per prendere il sole e un tavolo con sedie, c'e' un vialetto di circa 20 mt, non ci sono scale, sulla strada passa un autobus che vi porta alla spiaggia praia, c'e' un'altra spiaggia gavitella a piedi, e' possibile parcheggiare in un parcheggio privato a pagamento a 30 euro al giorno oppure sulla strada pubblica
