Superbe Mas provençal, entre Gordes et Roussillon

The house was originally a shepherd’s barn that we renovated and extended over the years. While preserving the traditional local architecture, we chose a décor inspired by the countries where we have lived. You will therefore find pieces brought back from Egypt, Mexico, and other places around the world. With more than 7,000 m² of landscaped garden, the property offers several distinct areas, with lavender, fruit trees, and open views of the Luberon. Everyone can choose their favorite spot to take a nap to the sound of cicadas. Set away from the main streets, the house enjoys true peace and complete privacy, with no overlooking neighbors. A play area is also available for children. Inside, you will have a large living room with a fireplace for winter evenings, a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms each with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet, as well as a children’s room with two bunk beds (four beds total) and a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned, although it is rarely necessary. Outside, everything is in place for enjoyable moments: a Weber gas barbecue, a large table for family meals or dinners with friends, several deckchairs, sun loungers, and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine or the shaded corners of the garden. The large bar in the pool house creates a particularly pleasant setting for evening drinks by the pool. The swimming pool measures 14 m x 4 m, is secured with an electric cover, and heated to 25 degrees, allowing you to swim comfortably from May to the end of September. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are available for your use. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning is included each week. Rates vary depending on the season, and for longer stays in low season, we can adjust prices for medium-term rentals. The fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection makes it easy to work remotely while enjoying a peaceful, green environment.

Idéal pour visiter les villages classés et les sites remarquables du Lubéron (Apt, l'Isle sur Sorgue, Gordes, Roussillon etc.) et pour les amoureux de la nature et des randonnées.

Belle villa authentique située au pied du ventoux dans un quartier calme. Vous êtes à 20 mn d’Avignon, 1h de Nîmes, Arles, Aix en Provence et Marseille La maison est bien équipée et très confortable. Un espace extérieur arboré vous accueille et vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et d’une terrasse ombragée. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir faire le ménage à la sortie des lieux. Il est également interdit d’utiliser ce lieu pour faire des fêtes, j’y attache beaucoup d’importance.

A simple, yet very comfortable retreat in the countryside, only a 10 minutes walk to the village of Ménerbes (classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France"). Ideal for people who wish to discover the beauty and diversity of the Luberon region with all its hiking trails, perched villages, markets and art and music events. Dogs are welcome (20 € fee per stay).

Little house in Provence

My place is close to Le Mont Ventoux, famous for the tour de France stage. Provence is one of the most desired regions of France. The weather is perfect, the local food amazing and the scenery breath taking. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is the place for you. There are also abundant hiking trails or if you prefer a bike ride, a trip up the Mont Ventoux may be of interest. The property is a 30 minute drive to Avignon TGV. 15th Century Village house perched on top of a hill with beautiful views. A south facing terrace looking to the Petit Luberon mountains.
