Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

A self contained studio apartment inside the Brinkley village. We are not part of the resort business, so can offer better deals with the same facilities. If your view is to have a great night's sleep to ski, whitewater raft, fish, mountain bike or hike then this is the place for you. An hours drive from Christchurch and close to skiing at Mt Hutt. We know you'll love everything the outdoors has to offer from Methven. The resort also has a spa pool, restaurant in peak season & tennis court.

This cosy self-contained space offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for your getaway. Charming sloping sleeping and views to the racecourse and mountains. Fully equipped the studio features its own shower room and kitchenette (ground floor) for your breakfast needs. Ample parking is available on the property in front.

We are located approximately a 1 hour drive from Christchurch & 30 minute drive from Mt Hutt ski fields. Comfortable, clean well equipped 1 bedroom cottage with all day sun. Separate guest driveway, plenty of parking for your car & boat. Our cottage has 4 steps up to the deck, ideal to relax by day & watch spectacular stars of the milky way by night. Close to many outdoor activities in the heart of Mt Somers Village. Explore early history, try your hand at tramping, fishing, skiing, boating & golf the area offers. Strict 2 guest policy, do not bring extra guests. We live next door.

Welcome to our recently renovated home. Our home has a great log burner, heat pump and heat transfer. Open plan living and functional kitchen. All bedrooms are good size. Free wifi available. Methven offers both great winter and summer escapes, with the mountain base only 10 minutes from the house, where you can also find some great mountain walks/biking. Or you can relax in the Opuke hotpools, just a 15min walk. You won't be disappointed staying in our comfortable home.

Our Farm Cottage is a very warm little cottage with all the mod-cons. Whether you're passing through or need a home base while exploring the South Island, you'll love our cottage! The farm is a small block and home to cows, calves, a few pigs, a couple of dogs, two cats and your friendly hosts Paul and Dale. As an added bonus - Paul and Dale love showing guests around their farm! The apartment has great Wifi and a washing machine for your laundry
