“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. Comfortable House with Saltwater Infinity Pool

Unser Ferienhaus "Casa accanto al Carrubo" wurde 2015 erbaut. 2017 kam dann der Infinity Pool (Salzwasser) hinzu. Es liegt sehr ruhig 3 km vom kleinen Fischerdorf San Nicola L'Arena entfernt. Der Blick fällt auf die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane". The Holiday Home was build in 2015. 2017 we finished the saltwater infinity pool. It lies about 3 km outside of San Nicola L'Arena a small fisherman village 30km from Palermo. There are beautiful views to the mountains of a natural reserve.

At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
