The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.

Just a 10-minute walk away are St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale Gardens, home to the renowned Art or Architecture Exhibition. The area offers all essential services: supermarkets, butcher shops, greengrocers, and traditional bakeries—perfect for those who want to experience Venice’s history, tradition, and local charm.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
