Stunning Historic Villa, Private Pool & 280° Views

Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It's in the Centro neighbourhood which means you're at the center of everything, but away from the nightlife noise. There's a huge MEGA supermarket 1 block away, the DAC gourmet supermarket is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 4 blocks away. The restaurants, bars and night life on 5th Avenue are 2 blocks away, the ADO bus station (Ave 20 and Street 12) is 1 block away, and the ferry to Cozumel is 20 minutes on foot. The beach is only an 8 minute walk! The condo is 62 square meters (about 650 square feet); it's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The bedroom is completely private; separate from the living/dining/kitchen area. It has marble floors, silestone countertops and gets lots of sunlight. The building is new and everything inside the condo is also new and very clean. Guests have access to rooftop pool, lounge, bar and eating areas, gym, spa (extra fee), common gardens on ground floor, underground parking (1 space only), and washer (extra fee). You have the condo all to yourselves. We live in Mexico City. Property Manager available as needed. The condo is in the Colonia Centro (downtown), right in the middle of all the action but away from the vibrant nightlife. The beach is only an 8-minute walk (4 blocks away). Everything you need is walking distance: grocery stores, buses, taxis, bars, restaurants, and tour operators are all steps away. Options for all tastes and budgets -from the ultra chic, high-dollar rooftop bar to the laid back, back-packer taco stand- are within the immediate vicinity. You can walk everywhere, or walk two blocks to taxi stands, or walk 1 block to bus station. It has underground, covered, secure parking so you can drive to the building and drive to nearby sights. - Maximum capacity: 4 persons. - Guests assume all risk for loss or injury while using the property. - Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. - Please ask if we can accommodate a different arrival time, or shorter stays.

The interior design of the unit "Casa CaliMex" is a cool bohemian modern beach vibe which brings Cali and Mexico decor in one. This beautifully decorated one bedroom suite has an open living room and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony facing beachside in front of the pool. The bedroom has a king size bed on fine wood-frame base, an in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Living room and bedroom are equipped with a plasma TV and Cable. High speed wireless internet is included. On the top of Pueblito Escondido you will find Playa del Carmen’s BEST and ONLY ONE rooftop Infinity pool, where you can take pleasure of the incredible Caribbean Sea view as you enjoy tropical drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar. This rooftop pool is the only one in Playa del Carmen with height and angle for a perfect tanning during sunset. I have lived here in Playa for over 4 years so i can tell you about restaurants, excursions etc The property is located on the newest trendy area of Playa del Carmen, just a few steps from white sand beaches and the aqua-blue ocean. The area is also home to great nightlife spots, restaurants, and bars. Its right on the center of playa so everything is walking distance, one minute walk to the beach, two minutes to 5th avenue, 5 minutes walk to OXXO (small convenience store) and 10 minutes walk to the supermarket Sorianita. On the side streets where Pueblito Escondido is located there are fantastic restaurants and the new trendy area of the famous 5th avenue, where you will find all kinds of shops, hip bars, restaurants and nights clubs, filed with Playa del Carmen’s unique atmosphere having visitors from all over the world.
