Life is better on the summit! 1 mile from the entrance to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort. Sitting on an acre of natural meadow and marsh land, the property includes the American River headwaters. Enjoy our remodeled interior w/ fireplace and rear deck with hot tub & fire pit. In the winter, we get a lot more snow than in the basin. Typically 15 min to the Y and 25 min to Stateline. Note the cabin is *on* Hwy 50 (some road noise) and is not "in town". This gets you closer to Sac and Sierra at Tahoe.

A nice large house that comfortably sleeps 8 with a hot tub and views of mount Tallac. The house also has a gas BBQ grill. No Pets allowed. Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. Enjoy mountain views and privacy from this 2019 luxury estate. The property is 15 minutes from Heavenly and 30 minutes from Kirkwood. 15 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. No details were missed in this newly refurnished home with pool table and hot tub. Designed to entertain with an open living space. The chef's kitchen features a gas range, double ovens, and island seating for eight. Upstairs living space comfortable seats 10 in front of the cozy fireplace.
