When requesting a booking please state the purpose of your visit, number of guests, and confirm that you have read and agree to the house rules. Our focus is on family. Due to several unsatisfactory experiences, we no longer accept bookings from contractors. We do our own cleaning, so same day bookings may be limited. We're not retired.....yet. Thank you!

Cottage at Fairwinds

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

Enjoy all that Troy has to offer from our downtown home that you will have all to yourselves. This beautiful home has an open concept living room/dining room, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen and a new modern full bath downstairs. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a bedroom with two twins and sleeping nook with a queen sized bed and a second full bathroom. Spend your nights at our backyard fire pit or sit on our front porch and watch the world go by.
