My Beautiful House is located in the heart of the historic district of Micanopy, Florida. Relaxing is a breeze in this wonderful home. Two large bedrooms and two equally spacious living areas are furnished with comfort in mind. There are two televisions with Directv service and free WiFi. The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.

Charming one-bedroom, one-bath cottage with a cozy loft-style bedroom upstairs and comfortable living, dining, & kitchen space below. Located 20 minutes from Gainesville, it’s a great home base for UF athletic events, exploring North Florida’s springs, or visiting WEC. You can walk to historic downtown Micanopy with its quaint shops & antique stores. Spacious fenced yard. Pets welcome. No smoking inside.

Mockingbird Cottage, like it’s neighbor, Sandhill Crane Cottage, is a treasure located just south of Gainesville and north of Ocala. The quiet country environment is alive with bird song, and the large screened porch invites you to relax, slow down and listen. It is a perfect place to relax after a day at the World Equestrian Center , or the University of Florida, or Chi U, or fishing on Orange Lake, or shopping in Micanopy, or hiking on Paynes Prairie.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
