Amenities provided include satellite TV, kitchen area for meal preparation, a fenced in area for pets and comfortable sleeping for couples in the one bedroom, a single bed at the other corner end, and an additional fold-out cot.

This is a true tiny house just a few minutes from beautiful Lake Hamilton! The cabin is about 350sq ft. with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and loft. Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa. Animals are NOT allowed in the cabin at any time! Contact host before booking if you are bringing multiple vehicles. PLEASE read entire listing before booking.

There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.
