A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 12 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer coke,diet coke,sprite and bottle water. There's a microwave, crock pot and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few!

Our home is close to Magazine St, the St Charles Streetcar, the Prytania Theatre, Whole Foods, Crepe Nanou, St James Cheese and Creole Creamery. We are less than a mile from Tulane and Loyola Univs, and Audubon Park & Zoo. Our neighborhood has tree lined streets, Victorian and Ante-Bellum architecture and is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Renovated 2 bedroom shotgun double, near the historic Marigny neighborhood. Marigny music venues, coffee shops and restaurants start 6 blocks away. One block away is the beautiful Saint Roch Cemetery and Saint Roch Blvd. 1 mile away is the French Quarter. I live on the other side of the double and am happy to make any recommendations!
