Private wild camping site on flat, mown pitch, big enough for a two-person or small family tent (7x8 m) with firepit and bistro set, in a 12-acre valley field with woodland to enjoy. There are 2 long drop toilets in the valley, 1 with a solar shower cubicle - bring your own bag or use our piped water. Nearer the farmhouse are charging points, the stables with table tennis, charging points and fridge/freezer and the garden with games and bathroom with electric power shower and a washing up area.

Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Old Parlour: Dog-lover’s peaceful/private caravan

Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!

Lower marlpits Farm campsite is newly opened in 2022 and is set on our 50 acre working farm on the outskirts of Honiton in the Blackdown hills AONB. We have 4 glamping units along with tent pitches. Blue bell tent is set in our pretty little paddock with its stunning views. Its surrounded by nature and sounds from our farm below. Also in the paddock we have Lavender lodge our shepherds hut. These can be rented as separate units or together as a combo that sleeps 6.

Complete privacy - brave the outdoor shower, hillbilly hot tub and composting loo!! A huge deck and swing from which to watch the wildlife and the sunset. Waking distance to award winning gastro- pub and direct access onto the hills - ideal for walkers and cyclists. Quirky, rustic, peaceful and simply beautiful.

Secluded, dog friendly, off grid camping in 13 arcres of magical meadow and ancient woodlands with pretty streams set in the Blackdown Hills an area of outstanding natural beauty. This hidden gem has 2 camps in total, each with your own loo, shower and kitchen tent. The camping meadow is set between 2 ancient woodlands, a Devon county wildlife site and hosts an array of wildlife. Cook traditional pizzas in the woodland kitchen.
