Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

Clearwater View barn has jaw-dropping panoramic waterfront views & benefits from a private, south facing garden with sun deck, barbecue & fire pit overlooking local beaches & the ocean to the east with the Dartmoor countryside to the west. This luxurious detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & boasts a roaring wood burner (perfect for those snuggly winter evenings), private drive & free parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation.

Jacob Shepherd Hut with Free Hot Tub

We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. You receive 2 bags of logs when you arrive / additional bags are £7.50/bag Tucked into the hedgerows the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Exmoor National Park as you sip a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards

The Wood Shed is is a beautiful self-contained unit on the south coast of Devon. For the walking enthusiast, leisurely country walks or hiking on the Coast Path. Or you can sit on the decking and enjoy this beautiful setting overlooking Devon farmland and glorious coastal views. Of interest two fields away is the protected nesting site of Cirl Buntings. There is easy road access and public transport to Torquay and Teignmouth.
