With private jetty for river access, enjoy a swim, kayak, SUP or to tie your boat to. Easy 1.2km walk into the town of Urunga and it's beautiful boardwalk. The house has a comfortable easy coastal living style. With a view often comes a steep block of land, as is the case here. If you have mobility issues this property could prove difficult.

The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. Bowarra is an 85 hectare biodynamic beef farm 12 minutes from Wingham and 30 mins from Taree and Old Bar beach. Bounded by the Manning river and Burrell Creek guests may kayak, fish, swim, walk, picnic and relax. The house offers a peaceful and secluded stay complete with inside fire and outdoor fire pit.
