Pevensey Bay Holiday Home

Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. The site has a shop, Indoor pool, newly refurbed in April 2024, clubhouse which has regular entertainment, children's playground and the added bonus of being right on the beach, Ideal for Eastbourne Airshow.

It is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is to be found at the end of a one mile drive in Westerlands. The property is a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street off Lewes Road, next to supermarkets, pubs, a bus stop or 20 min walk to the beach. It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect as a home away from home. The sunny southwest facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area. Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
