This studio, located on the first floor of the building, is 29 square meters in size and has a balcony facing the inside garden of the building. The studio is fully equipped and furnished with a bed, a sofa, a closet, a dining table, and chairs. The studio also comes with towels and bed linen. The space is cleverly divided by using a desk bed. This piece of furniture functions when unfolded as a bed (160x200) and folded as a desk to save space. Ruim appartement met uitzicht

No smokers allowed. The location is very central, you can walk to the station in 8 minutes. In just 5 minutes by train you are in Rotterdam Central and within 30 minutes on the beach of Hoek van Holland. Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. The apartment is spacious and has many amenities, a stable WiFi speed of 300 Mbps, a thick mattress of 180 cm wide, a nice living room and TV with Netflix. The view from the 8th floor is on the large windmills of Schiedam.

Prachtig appartement op de tweede verdieping (zolderverdieping) van een monumentaal grachtenpand in het centrum van Delft, rustig gelegen tegenover de rondvaart boten. Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.

Apartment perfect location center of Delft! I

The apartment is located in a monumental building right in the friendly old town of Delft. There is a private bathroom and kitchen and the appartment is provided with all the comforts. Please note!! You have to climb 2 steep stairs to get to your apartment (look at the pictures). We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases.
