This charming historic 3 story house is conveniently located to suit all your needs. The skylight in the kitchen and the master bedroom balcony serve as light traps for that relaxed sunny vibe without leaving the front door. Less than a 5min walk to central station and 10min from the centre, this bohemian retreat is a great place to stay cozy in the evenings. Downsides: paid parking, can be noisy on the street and through the walls, and the traditional Dutch staircases warrants caution.

Colourful house in centre Delft

Colourful house in friendly and quiet neighbourhood on walking distance from Delft centre and Delft station. There is a front garden and back garden, so always sun and shade whichever you prefer. The house has a bedrooms with a double bed. Please note the bedroom is two (steep-ish) floors up, while the bathroom is groundfloor. Supermarket, swimming pool, park within 500 meters. Station at 10 mins. I live in the house when not hosting, while I remove personal things, you'll find books etc.

Cosy Home in the Centre of Delft

Enjoy a cosy stay in the centre of historic Delft! Our snug house is ideally located for a couple or lone-traveller to explore the beautiful city. The house is on a peaceful leafy street, less than 5 minutes walk from the centre square. The train station is only 15 minutes away by foot. The house is newly renovated in a warm minimalistic style, inspired by the best of Japanese and Scandinavian design. The hosts are Delft locals and will have a wide range of recommendations to enjoy.

Close to Delft centre quite and save

Het gehele huis voor 6 personen is tot je beschikking. Wij hebben een babybed + stoel voor kinderen tot 3 jaar. Wij proberen duurzaam te wonen: met zonnepanelen, een warmtepomp en een goed geisoleerd huis trachten we de CO2 uitstoot te reduceren. Bedlinnen, handdoeken en gratis parkeren zijn inbegrepen. Je kunt ook met ons verblijven en samen dineren als je dat wilt. In dat geval bespreken wij samen een redelijke prijs. In 20 minuten loop je naar het historisch centrum van Delft.

Stedelijk en groen, licht, ruim en kindvriendelijk

Niet ver van het centrum (10 min fietsen) bevindt zich ons ruime huis met hoog plafond. We zijn zuinig op ons zojuist verbouwde huis met luxe keuken en verwachten dit ook van gasten, maar delen onze ruimte graag. Voor gezinnen ideaal huis vanwege de ruimte in en om het huis (afgesloten tuin, speeltuin voor de deur, gratis parkeren, groot park met nog meer speelgelegenheid om de hoek). 4 slaapkamers (1 master bedroom, 3 kinderkamers met allemaal 1- persoonsbed). 2 badkamers ,2 wc's

Welcome to our hidden gem in the heart of Delft's city centre, just a 5-minute stroll from the Main Square. My name is Judith Ramaker and I am happy to share my cosy home with you. Most of the time I live here very happily with my 3 kids and dog. Our space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and the vibrant charm of this historical city. The house is suitable for a family with kids or 2 couples/kids. Not for groups/events or festivities.

Welkom in ons comfortabele huis. Het is gevestigd in een veilige buurt met gratis parkeren. Voorzien van de benodigde gemakken. Beneden een open woonkamer met moderne keuken. Tuin met terras en schommels. Boven een tweepersoons slaapkamer met hotel bed, twee 1 persoons slaapkamers en badkamer. Op zolder een 1 á 2 persoons kamer en studiekamer. Het stadcentrum en centraal station zijn op circa 1 kilometer afstand.

Rust & romantiek in Maasland

Welkom in mijn authentieke huis uit 1850, gelegen in het oude centrum van Maasland. Dichtbij te vinden: mooie bossen, weilanden, wandel/fietsroutes, boerderijwinkels, kinderboerderij, speeltuin en pannenkoekenhuis. In Maassluis zijn veel restaurants en winkels te vinden. De supermarkt is op 100 m loopafstand. Op 25 min van Rotterdam, Delft, Den Haag en het strand, met goede OV-verbindingen nabijgelegen.
