Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. Escape to our newly built private bushland cottage set on 100 acres, surrounded by native wildlife. Wake to kangaroos, kookaburras, native birds and hares right outside your door. Enjoy peaceful bushwalking, dam views and a secluded private fire pit under the stars. The open-plan one-bedroom cottage features a full kitchen, dining & lounge area, modern bathroom and washing machine. Linen, towels, tea and coffee provided. Separate dwelling for complete privacy, just 10 minutes from Goulburn CBD.

Dovolj | Dobro

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

The Old Church Farmhouse

The Old Church Farmhouse is the ideal place to escape and unwind, located just out of Goulburn, an easy 2 hour drive from Sydney. Originally built in the 1870's, the history and charm of this beautiful landmark combined with the comfort of the thoughtful conversion to a home, will make your stay a truly unique experience. Nestled on 30 acres of sprawling landscape, walk down to the dams and bump into a mob of kangaroos, explore the property where bird life is abundant and the air is clean!

Bethania Cottage is situated in the rich basalt High Country of Bannister, just 2 and a half hours from Sydney, 90 minutes from Canberra, 30 minutes from Goulburn and 15 minutes from Crookwell with its variety of specialty shops, cafes and excellent restaurants nearby .The authentic local country pub at Grabben Gullen is just up the road. Guests are welcome to join in farm activities, enjoy a guided tour of a windfarm or just relax and enjoy the stunning view from the comfort of the deck.

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.
