(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The area is known for its natural beauty, biodiversity, hiking trails, gastronomy and rich archaeological heritage. This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

A bright and beautiful stone house made of local stone with 9 artistic arches and a bathroom built of mud and earth, The house is located in an off grid vilage- Kadita - it is an ecological residence. The electricity in the stone house is produced by a solar system. In addition, there is a water recycle sistem directed to the trees in the orchard. We offer users to throw their food scraps into the compost bucket, which we recycle to produce fertile compost soil.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
