Overlooking the Glen Forrest Superblock, enjoy abundant birdlife, a cozy fireplace, queen bed, full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a high quality Sonos Audi Speaker, and your own private deck. Extras include yoga mat, weights and a basketball hoop. Right at the Heritage Trail, Cafés 15mins walk away. Hosts live 20meters below the studio and respect your privacy. Due to safety and wildlife, no pets or kids.

A Nest in the Swan:new house close to airport

Brand new house, peaceful, quiet and central. The house is 8mins from Perth airport T3-T4 and 12mins from T1-T2 and less than 20mins to the city. Built in 2024, the house has modern facilities, a well equipped kitchen and high speed fiber optics internet. You can check in easily with the smart lock on check in day. There are parks and playgrounds for kids on both sides of the house. The rooms are comfortable, & well furnished with natural lights and a bathtub in the bathroom suitable for kids.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.

Taj Kalamunda - Home in the Forest

Home among the gum trees, 15 mins from Perth airport and 20 kms to CBD. 300m to the bus, although a car is better to explore the beautiful rustic Bickley valley wineries and bush walks. The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, many hectares of public open space behind my house. NO WIFI

Constructed in 2015, it is a two bedroom cottage jarrah hardwood floors throughout, ducted, reverse cycle, airconditioning, full kitchen. Local restaurants, historic hotels within walking distance . 70 metres of cottage living, perfect for visitors moving through the town to the airports or enjoying beautiful Guildford. Public transport to airport and city. My family plus an elderly cat live next door.
