Our tiny house, in the heart of Avondale, is feet away from the amazing Boone Park and walking distance from top dining and shopping while a few minutes biking or driving puts you in Riverside and downtown.

The home is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, gas stations, and main hospital (1/2-2+miles). There are creeks and lakes locally to fish, parks. Beaches approx. 45 mins

We have plenty of space that makes our farmhouse so AMAZING! Our home is super clean with many amenities to make you feel at home. We love it here and so will you!

Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
