It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!
