For water enthusiasts, Locklies Innlet provides 4 kayaks for exploration through calm waters, for crabbing; a large dock with crab pots, and for the anglers the green lights will bring in the keepers right off the dock.

Come escape to this peaceful waterfront cottage and enjoy everything the river life has to offer. You can start your day drinking coffee in the porch swings watching the sun rise over the bay and finish your day drinking a cold beverage down by the water in the Adirondack chairs watching the sunset over the creek. Bring the home office and work while enjoying the view! Walk to the marina and minutes drive from great restaurants including the award winning Merroir, The Tides Inn and much more !

The Crab Shack

Enjoy the sunrise at this unique and tranquil getaway! This property was originally a seafood processing facility...hence The Crab Shack! Watch all the action on the water right out the front door with local waterman in and out of beautiful Carter's Creek to and from the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. There are marinas and The Tides Inn very close by. This property provides privacy and a short 10 minute drive to nearby restaurants and shops in Irvington, Kilmarnock, and White Stone.

Cottage on Prentice Creek

Cozy two Bedroom Cottage with a Sectional Sofa that has queen bed pull out. Screened Porch, Large Patio & Dock to enjoy views of the creek and wildlife. Great for a romantic getaway or vacation. Well-appointed kitchen. Dogs allowed (2 Max, under 70 pounds-must be notified first) an additional fee of $60 per dog. No third-party bookings. Just outside Kilmarnock, very close to White Stone and Irvington with a good variety of Restaurants, Wineries, Breweries a Cidery and shopping.

Creeks End Farmhouse

At the end of a country lane, on the banks of Henry's Creek off the Chesapeake Bay and near the village of Kilmarnock, Virginia sits Creeks End Farmhouse. This charming home built in 1903 was once a working farmhouse, but now welcomes family and friends to come relax and play. Enjoy crabbing or fishing from the dock, paddling the creek out to the bay, lazing in the adirondack chairs on the wrap around deck, or napping on the screened-in porch.

The Moore Cottage

The Moore Cottage is a rustic-chic, fisherman's cottage.The cottage is less than a mile from Windmill Point Marina, and five miles from the town of White Stone. You will enjoy the views of amazing wildlife, boaters, the beach, and breath-taking sunsets all while sitting on the back porch. The Cottage is nestled on a cove overlooking Little Bay and the mouth of Antipoison Creek. Come check out one of the Northern Neck's best kept secrets!

Welcome to our quiet corner of Gwynn’s Island! Walk to the beach, relax in the backyard, ride a bike, kayak, or book a fishing excursion; there's so much to do here. The cottage is clean and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing visit. Drive 10 minutes to Mathews for great restaurants and shopping, or an hour to Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg. Come relax and enjoy some Island Time with us!

Close to Zoll Vineyards (4.1 miles away), a chef owned winery that focuses on food and beverage pairings in their tasting room and Under the Stars Farm (8.6 miles), a family owned and operated lavender farm.
