Peaceful and centrally located at The Dolphins on the beachfront, with panoramic views of Horseshoe Bay, this upstairs apartment offers a slice of scenery and position rarely available at Port Elliot's best family beach. Linen provided, fast wifi, free car parking, and only a short walk to the beach, local pubs, cafe's and shops. We are offering a neat and tidy 2 bedroom granny flat situated on our property. This accommodation is best suited for both short and long term stays. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. We live here permanently and we are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.

Natural Light filled Holiday home, No Dogs allowed !, Free Wi-Fi, a short walk to the beach, wave to the Steam Ranger from the back deck , walking distance to the Middleton Tavern, Bakery, Surf Hire and Whale watching during the season. Very spacious 2nd Bedroom with large backyard, lots of DVD's, Books and games. Linen and towels not included but available for hire $20 per bed. Minimum stays apply
