The historic property has been lovingly renovated as a luxurious apartment with high-end finishes while maintaining the historic character of its past as a carriage house. You enter the apartment through a hallway that houses a dedicated washer and dryer. Upstairs features a large living/working space, a beautiful kitchen with brand new-high end appliances, and a 50" 4K smart TV. This 2,700sqft home is ideal for groups traveling for weekend events! It is a perfect home-base option for relaxing, sharing meals, cleaning up, and sleeping between events. If your group will be spending most of your time in the house, it is ideal for groups of 12 or less. However, we do have sleeping space for up to 16! Our open floor plan on the main floor allows everyone to be together. And, if you need more space, our large back yard is perfect for games and enjoying the Ohio Valley weather
