Whether you are in town to visit your student at Miami U, attend a wedding or a tournament at Spooky Nook we'd love to host you! Our cozy 2-bedroom space is located in thriving downtown Hamilton. After a fun day visiting your student or a great win at Spooky Nook, come explore the city for dinner and drinks. We have been called "cozy", "thoughtful" and "charming". We are within walking distance of many restaurants and very close to the DORA district. Off-street parking and in-unit laundry!

Oak Street Place in Historic South Park District

This is a one of a kind stay located in the heart of the historic South Park district. This unique property used to serve as several different types of businesses including a barbershop, grocery store and church. The space has now been completely remodeled into a stunning open concept home full of history and character. With ship lap walls and vaulted ceilings with original exposed beams, it looks like it could have been on an episode of HGTV’s Fixer Upper! Come stay at Oak Street Place!

At 'The Sunset Nook', we have taken every effort to add every amenity possible to make a perfect experience. One block away from Sutherland family Park (See Pics). Our home is surrounded by landscape lighting to create a relaxing/secure environment. Our guest comfort and security is a top priority; spotlight/security cameras monitor the property for guests.

Adorable & Chic 2BR/2BA with Coffee Bar

This unique home has a style all its own, with ultra clean lines and a nordic flair. This charming house will delight up to four guests and boasts a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full baths. Everyone will leave feeling special. There are two queen size beds with luxurious finishes. The full coffee bar includes a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press and also pour over equipment. This recent renovation has all new appliances and furniture.

The Linden Guesthouse - bike/hike/golf/shop/visit

This updated stylish 2 bed/1.5 bath single story guesthouse is perfect for work, group trips, fun, or family visits. The kitchen has dishes, cookware utensils, and pantry basics (oil, seasonings, sugar & flour). A Keurig single-serving and carafe coffee maker with k-cups and coffee filters is provided. The guesthouse has two living spaces, a dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a private patio with outdoor seating, and a grill.

"5 Minute Call" is located next to the Middletown Regional Airport (home of ​Start Skydiving) and Smith Park. ​ The house is a 1 minute walk to the airport, 2 minute walk to Smith Park, 23 min drive to Spooky Nook, 29 min drive to Miami University Oxford. With an arcade set-up in the basement, large kitchen dining table, and theatre-like living room, the house has multiple rooms for gathering with friends and family.
