Great location Tram stop ( Saughton ) is just 3min walk, perfect if you are coming from the Airport, visiting the highland show or going to the City Center passing the Murrayfield stadium tram top is just 2 stops away. Bus stop just 1min walk. Heriot-Watt University bus stop is 10min walk and further 15min journey on the bus. Free parking spaces around us and our location is outside the Less Emission Zone Secure bike storage provided on request. First floor flat. Check-Out by 11am. Check-in 3pm

Ground floor flat (no stairs or steps for access). Free parking Excellent shopping within walking distance (incl. 24 hour Tesco). Dalkeith Country Park is on the doorstep. Close proximity (5 min walk) to the train station serving the Scottish Borders means that Edinburgh City centre is just 20 minutes, and Tweedbank 30 min, away.

This apartment in central Edinburgh comfortably accommodates six people. Easy access to city centre and beyond if you wish to travel. Private parking. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a few days getaway. There is Alexa controlled Sonos music system and two smart televisions. The kitchen is fullly equipped and the lounge/dining area provides a comfortable dining table for six. Our flat is perfect for a City break and walkable to all concert and Festival venues.

The Den

The Den is an area separated from the main house by a sliding door. It has patio doors onto a small balcony providing its own ndependent access. Lovely garden. The 'kitchen' is limited and is part of the laundry room. It has a Meile oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and sink but not really suitable for big cook ups. Many buses to city centre. Easy access to the hills, Water of Leith, East and West Loithian and the airport if travelling by car. There is free parking.

Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom, 4 bed detached house in the quiet and friendly neighborhood of Gracemount, located in the south side of Edinburgh. Whether you're here for the city's vibrant festivals, historical landmarks, or simply to relax or work, our home offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay. The bus stop to the city centre is a three minute walk away and gets you there in 20-30 minutes. ( No 31 Bus ). Two local supermarkets is a 8 minute walk away- Tesco and Coop.

Compact, mid-century decor self-contained studio. Our home is in a residential area of the city. NOT in the city centre. Complimentary tea, coffee and simple breakfast food provided. Bus stop beside the house with regular service; one bus, into Princes St in 25-35 mins. We have a small driveway for you to use. We are 2 mins from the by-pass and are 15 min from Airport by taxi. Waters of Leith and Pentlands are close by. The Historic Colinton Village is 10 minutes walk down the hill.
