A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

A smart 1 bedroomed apartment on the ground floor of a traditional detached property, situated in the town of Penicuik, 9 or 10 miles from the city centre of Edinburgh. This is the perfect location for hill walkers, outdoor enthusiasts or people who simply prefer to stay somewhere a little more quiet and relaxed, but with the added benefit of being close to the city. Built in the 1700s the Gardener's House is set into the old Walled Garden in the stunning grounds of Arniston House, a William Adam Stately Home. A secluded, picturesque two storey house with wood burning stove for winter or glass patio doors that open onto the walled garden for summer. The Historic Dalkeith Water Tower

The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.
