Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

Lovely double bedroom with en-suite (Room Only as we do not serve Breakfast but Tea & Coffee included) located in a Country Pub within a conservation village 10 miles from Edinburgh. The Gordon Arms is a very friendly local pub serving local ales and a large selection of drinks. Home made pizzas available daily. The restaurant, serving excellent bistro food, is open Wed-Fri, 17:00-21:00, Sat 1:00-21:00 and Sun, 12:00-20:00. Well behaved dogs are welcome in Bar area & Hotel Rooms.

Relax and enjoy our peaceful two bedroom cottage, nestled up a private track from Eddleston. From the doorstep you can enjoy walks in native woodland next to Fairydean Burn and further beyond to open countryside tracks and hills a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life, whilst still only a short drive to Edinburgh. If you are lucky you might see some of our local wildlife including pheasant and tawny owls, bats, badgers, hedgehogs, deer, stoats and more.
