Little Linton

Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We love living here and feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and sitting room with a small sofa bed/futon (best suited for young person/child due to it being low to the ground) and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee, microwave and toaster are available.

Lovely Guest Suite,Balerno. Sleeps two.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

The Den

The Den is an area separated from the main house by a sliding door. It has patio doors onto a small balcony providing its own ndependent access. Lovely garden. The 'kitchen' is limited and is part of the laundry room. It has a Meile oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and sink but not really suitable for big cook ups. Many buses to city centre. Easy access to the hills, Water of Leith, East and West Loithian and the airport if travelling by car. There is free parking.

Mid-century vibe garden studio in Suburbs

Compact, mid-century decor self-contained studio. Our home is in a residential area of the city. NOT in the city centre. Complimentary tea, coffee and simple breakfast food provided. Bus stop beside the house with regular service; one bus, into Princes St in 25-35 mins. We have a small driveway for you to use. We are 2 mins from the by-pass and are 15 min from Airport by taxi. Waters of Leith and Pentlands are close by. The Historic Colinton Village is 10 minutes walk down the hill.
