Eclectic Gem with a Garden Terrace in Midtown

The apartment is located one block south of Piedmont Park’s leafy walking paths in Atlanta’s vibrant Midtown neighborhood. Some of the city’s trendiest restaurants, cafes, nightlife spots, and boutiques are just a stroll away. Atlanta's rail transportation called MARTA has its Midtown station on 10th Street just four blocks west with connecting buses at the station. Lyft and Uber are usually within a two minute wait any time of day or night so there is no need for a rental car. The streets are lighted at night and relatively safe for walking; however, just like in any major city, your attention should be focused on your surroundings and not on your smartphone. At just over 700 sq. ft., this one bedroom, one bath with full kitchen and laundry has plenty of room for two. The outside terrace is 300 sq. ft. and overlooks garden designed with a focus on Southern horticulture with Camellia, Hydrangea, Crape Myrtle, Rhododendron, Azalea, Hosta, Gardenia and numerous mature Japanese Maples. The location is in Central Midtown and a short walk to many bars, restaurants, coffee houses, two grocery supermarkets, numerous specialty shops and retail areas and of course Piedmont Park is 250 feet from your doorstep. In addition to Piedmont Parks jogging & biking, the Atlanta Beltline offers miles more with an entrance at the park and of course there is no charge for either Piedmont Park (except pool) or the Atlanta Beltline. Decor is an eclectic blend of family antiquities and modern comfort with a flair for the unique. We understand that you have many options for accommodation in Atlanta and we feel that it's about you, our guest. We strive to distinguish ourselves from the rest and focus to make your stay different. Perhaps it's in the details such as Egyptian and long cotton linens, large selection of toiletries and variety of coffees and teas to name a few. Special Occasion? Theater Tickets? Get your game on? Private party? Catch a play? Not a problem. We are well connected to assist you with special requests from front row seats at an opening night performance to white water rafting adventures. Whatever the occasion we will be glad to assist with arrangements with no additional charge. Complimentary Concierge at your disposal. We will be available to provide directions, suggestions and whatever you need to get started to enjoying everything that Midtown Atlanta has to offer. Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Chloe

Sink into a comfortable leather sofa by a period brick-surround fireplace. Furnished in soho-chic style, this 1907 landmark was built by well-known southern architect G.L. Norman. It retains many original features, along with fine city views. This unit is on the third level, a three flight walk up, with an expansive outdoor patio overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the third floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The Woodruff on Ponce is located near many leading attractions. Go just a few blocks to reach Ponce City Market and the beltline. It's down the street from Piedmont Park and across the road from well-known eateries such as Pappi's and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
