Elegant and bright apartment of 861.112 square feet on the forth floor with elevator in an elegant area and centrally located halfway between Piazza Duomo and the Central Station both are easily reachable on foot with a walk of 20 minutes, to two steps from the Gardens of Palestro (or Indro Montanelli) the main green oasis in the city center with secular magnolias trees, the renovated Museum of Natural History, the Planetarium and a large area for jogging and leisure, between the famous fashion quadrilateral with the renowned Via Montenapoleone and the Commercial Center Giorgio Armani, and Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most important streets in the world for shopping. The apartment is composed of a spacious and bright living room equipped with door window overlooking a wooded balcony, two sofas, one of which is a transformable in French bed, extendable table, large library, flat screen TV with DVD player. The hall of mirrors leads in an equally wide and luminous room with double bed, large closet, dresser and a second balcony. Cozy and quiet apartment in central cool area

Welcome in Milan, this is my home during working days (I rent it when I'm away) and, as you will notice, there are some traces of my presence. When you will arrive, you will find a “breakfast coupon” for one day for all of you in the bar at the corner, just downstairs the house. I hope you will appreciate the house and the quarter and you will like Milan for sure. Walking for some minutes, you will be able to find a lot of restaurants, shops, bus, tram, metro and all Milan can offer to you!

Very central and strategically located space consisting of a double bedroom, relaxation area, full bathroom and delightful terrace. It does not have a full kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and breakfast items. A few steps from the Central Station, it is served by the Red Metro, trams and buses, but also a fifteen minute walk from the Duomo. Services of all kinds, restaurants, shops make this multi-ethnic area lively and dynamic, all to be explored.
