In Milas the city of lights, home to the majestic flamingos within Tuzla wetland bird sanctuary, this is a garden guesthouse in a private villa in Bogazici 🏖️ The property has private access to a beach with a cafe and a pier. It’s possible to walk up & down to the beach but it’s suggested to go back up with a vehicle. The cleanliness and temperature of the sea is at the most ideal state. Furtheremore the area hosts the highest O2 levels in the region. 🌴 Relax while sipping çay or coffee.

Just a 3-min drive or 15-min walk to the sea, our place offers a calm holiday near Blue Flag beaches and cafes. The house is in a quiet, secure complex with a garden opening to a semi-Olympic pool. The pool is shared but rarely busy. Cleanliness is our top priority — spotless with the same care you’d expect at your mother’s home. Guests stay in their own private house, separate from ours, for privacy & comfort. Healthy breakfasts and home-cooked meals available. Looking forward to welcoming you!

Experience the traditional Turkish country side combined with all necessities of modern life. The property is located on the edge of a traditional Turkish farmer village and is surrounded by nature, mountains and has a beautiful valley view. The house is located half an hour drive from the sea coast and Bodrum airport. It's perfect for groups of 5 people, bigger groups are possible, but please ask for possibilities.
