The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Cottage @ The Tippling

Just a few miles outside Sherborne, with its famous abbey. Situated between Sherborne & Templecombe train connections. On the A30 itself. Recently converted to a one bedroom cottage this former skittle alley offers space and home amenities. With a full kitchen and electric car charger should you require it (chargeable) We are dog friendly. And provide bowls and towels. If you have more than 2 dogs please contact us. Not far to the coast and the area offers lovely country walks.

The Old Rectory near Sherborne

Located in the heart of Purse Caundle village, The Old Rectory is a 17th century stone house with the guest wing added in 1992. A traditional cider barn selling food & drinks is a 2 minute walk. Cycle routes & walks from the door and great pubs & restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Jurassic coast 45 mins away. You have use of our orchard (which has a stream running through most of the year) with seating, BBQ and log burner. Lounge has Sky TV, Netflix, HD Sky sports & Disney+
