SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Beach Highway Hobby Farm

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Newly remodeled unit in an historic, downtown Milford home! This one bedroom, one bath unit has a fold out sofa in the living room and comfortably sleeps 4. **THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN IN THIS UNIT, just a very basic kitchenette. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster available for your convenience. Downtown Milford is a quaint and historic town. We have many restaurants and shops and a fantastic Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from May to October.

Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.
