Tiny Home with mature trees in the middle of the nature but close to the beaches! Tranquil woodsy getaway located on 3 acres of mature trees, 8 miles to beaches, and shopping! The Blue Bird is an older 1950's style tiny cabin on the 2nd floor (locked garage on 1st floor), with 1 bedroom Queen Bed, Den with single bed, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, large deck for relaxing. There is an entry exterior door Security Camera for safety. Not suitable for toddlers due to 14 steep stairs. Must be 21.

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions.
