Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

FELIZ – Luxe Stone Villa & Pool Near Perast

Villa Feliz is recently renovated stone villa located just 30 meters from the beach in a tranquil area called Drazin Vrt, near Perast. The villa offers a amazing sea view and boasts a refreshing swimming pool for guests. It is perfect for larger groups or families, as it features 4 spacious bedrooms. To add to the indulgence, Villa Feliz also includes a sauna, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. Accommodates up to 10 persons. Free parking is available on site.

Distance from the capital city Podgorica is 30km (20 min ride). Nearest sea coast is away 15-20 min ride, via tunnel Sozina. Beautiful small town Petrovac is away approximately 25 min ride.

This is our family old house , renovated to rent, when we are away. Situated in residental part of Bar , near beach Susanj. It has a lovely garden, comfortable living room with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. You can enjoy all of this, but we are using attick above with own entrance, so you have totally private part of house.
